We are delighted to announce a nature-inspired story-writing competition for children.
We are looking for creative stories on an environmental theme.
Your story can be presented as prose or in a poem and the maximum word count is 1000,(There is no minimum word count - 100 words as welcome as 1000!).
There are three age categories: 7 and under, 8-10 and 11-14.
The deadline is Friday 21st June.
The winners will be announced at Greener Padbury’s ‘The Day of the Bee’ on Sunday 7th July. There will be prizes for each category. There is no entry fee.
The winning stories will be published in a booklet which will be on sale. All proceeds go to Greener Padbury.
