Go Wild in the Woods in half term - last few spaces!

Updated: Apr 18

Our hugely popular holiday activity sessions run by Julie Lloyd-Evans in the Millennium Woods are back for 2024 - first up: Thursday 15th February.

You can expect an hour and half of nature-based activities focused on learning about and developing skills in spotting, investigating and protecting our UK wild bird populations.  Will involve games, exploring the woods and creating bird feeders or seed balls and a unique bird bath to take home to your garden. Based in the woods and Padbury play park. Please be ready for a prompt start we have lots of fun and action to get through!

That we can continue to run Go Wild this year is thanks to Gawcott Fields Community Solar. Their support allows us to promote the protection and care of the wildlife on our doorstep, to help young people connect with nature, and to extend the reach of that connection and care. These sessions will also give you actions you can take home and into your community, to give biodiversity beyond these precious woods a much needed boost - and to Go Wild for Change.
